PANTONE CONNECT – THE DIGITAL COLOR PALETTE SOLUTION FOR DESIGNERS
Pantone Connect is Pantone’s new digital platform that gives users full access to every Pantone Color in every Pantone Library. Connect allows you to find and organize colors wherever you are and access them wherever you go. First, select inspirational colors from your photos, favorite swatches, and the newest on-trend colors in our digital Pantone Libraries
Next, build a palette with these colors in your web browser, on your mobile device, or directly in your design software. Combine your phone’s camera with the Pantone Color Match Card to more accurately measure real-world colors and match them to their nearest Pantone Color, bringing these samples into your palettes as well through the Pantone Connect mobile app.
Then, when you’re ready to sit down and design, your colors and palettes are ready and waiting – right inside your digital design applications with the Pantone Connect Extension for Adobe® Creative Cloud®. Pantone Connect also includes palette sharing features that let you collaborate with your team, to ensure you’re all working from the same style guide or color cards, even when you’re working apart.
An essential part of any design toolkit, Pantone’s Color Bridge is like a Swiss Army knife for designers, providing both physical references and digital values needed to effectively apply color across all printed and digital media. With side-by-side color patches to show you the Pantone Matching System® Spot Color printed next to that color’s closest representation in budget-friendly CMYK, the Color Bridge lets you make informed production decisions while avoiding unwanted surprises. Pantone Color Bridge also includes values for sRGB, HTML/Hex, and CMYK, so your brand and campaign colors appear consistently everywhere – from the palm of your hand to your digital design program to the side of a building.
It’s easy to fall in love with how your creations look on your computer, but what happens when your monitor colors aren’t accurate? Properly calibrating your monitor avoids the disappointment, cost, and headache of working twice by ensuring you’re seeing things as they’ll ultimately appear. Tools like i1Studio Designer Edition give you the power to customize your monitor’s color settings as much as you like – or let this powerful solution do all the heavy lifting while you sit back and sip.
Spectrophotometers are some of the most accurate color measurement tools available, but they’re usually large, heavy, and take up a large portion of your workspace. Pantone Capsure allows you to take this powerful technology with you in a package that is small and light enough to fit into your pocket or bag. It can measure color from a wide variety of surfaces, matching to colors in every Pantone Library, and even identifying up to four separate colors in a patterned surface at one time. Capsure Sync technology lets you view and use your measured colors directly on your computer in your favorite design software.
